My professional skills

The purpose of this page is to describe my professional strengths (and weaknesses) for especially companies that could be interested in hiring me. I have below separated skills (education/experience) from abilities (personal abilities) and described each category to explain what it means for me. If you have any questions or are interested in hiring me, you are very welcome to contact me.

Skills

Process Overview

  • At Volvo I developed an excel file which we used to gather status of the processes, in different levels, which the summarized in different scope, for the CEO and Vice Presidents to see a high level and also for Process Developers to see what we needed to work on and why. What's most critical in terms of QDCF (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature) and if it was aligned to the strategy etc. Besides the actual file, me and my colleague also set up a process how it should be driven.
  • Example: Status and KPI (Key Performance Index) presented to Vice Presidents (including my manager) for prioritization and decisions during Process Council meetings.

Process Facilitation

  • I have been working in a number of projects/initiatives where I have lead the workshops and facilitated how to interpret process maps and flowcharts. Thereby driven brainstorming sessions, grouping areas, prioritized areas and then developed it to a process flow which then have been drawn by me in Microsoft Visio.
  • Example: Some projects/initiatives have been quite easy but some have also been very challenging since several departments have from the beginning been irritated (to say the least) at each other and I have been more of a diplomat to get them laying “everything on the table” to be able to have constructive discussions without fierce attitude.
